Yoga: Yoga poses and movements to tone, strengthen, improve flexibility and improve balance and grace. Yoga helps relieve chronic stress and promotes full body relaxation. All levels of fitness and all ages welcome. 60 min.
Pilates: Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
Body Shaper: A fun aerobic workout combining step and toning w/ weights. Can be customized to your fitness level both high and low impact. 60 min.
Circuit Sculpting: 60 min. of strength training/core training to build and tone muscles of the legs and arms in addition to working the abdominals and back.
Turbo Boxing: 60 min. A challenging upper body workout that incorporates boxing skills and boot camp style conditioning for a total body workout.
Zumba: Zumba combines latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. 60 min

Non-Members: 1-9 classes - $10 per class 10+ classes (with punch card) - $7 per class.
Members: No Charge. Classes included in membership.
