Silver Sneakers: A low impact fitness class for seniors to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

Fit 'n' Fab: A program for senior participants, a fun class emphasizing flexibility, balance, mobility and strength. 60 min. Low impact

Yoga: Yoga poses and movements to tone, strengthen, improve flexibility and improve balance and grace. Yoga helps relieve chronic stress and promotes full body relaxation. All levels of fitness and all ages welcome. 60 min.

Pilates: Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
