Fit 'n' Fab: A program for all ages, a fun class emphasizing flexibility, balance, mobility and strength. 60 min. Low impact

Kickboxing: Kick, punch, and jab your way through this high-energy class. Challenges your heart, lung and provides a full-body workout. All levels of fitness welcome. 60 min

Yoga: Yoga poses and movements to tone, strengthen, improve flexibility and improve balance and grace. Yoga helps relieve chronic stress and promotes full body relaxation. All levels of fitness and all ages welcome. 60 min.

Pilates: Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Cardio Sculpt: A fun aerobic workout combining choreography, step and toning w/ weights. Can be customized to your fitness level both high and low impact. 60 min.

Total Body Workout: 45 min. of strength training/core training to build and tone muscles of the legs and arms in addition to working the abdominals and back.

Zumba: Zumba combines latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. 60 min

Class Prices

Non-Members: 1-9 classes - $10 per class 10+ classes - $6 per class All Senior Fit for Life classes are $5, regardless of the number of classes purchased.

Members: No Charge. Classes included in membership.
