Our FREE Fitness Tracker Program is available to all members. This program helps members track their weight loss and fitness progress. Our trained staff takes your initial weight, body fat and girth measurements which are entered into our gym software program. You get a friendly monthly reminder when you check in that your re-measurements are due. At your request we can print quarterly or semi-annual progress reports.
